According to the Belgian Firearms Laws:

​Every adult may, ONE TIME PER YEAR, shoot a firearm.

​​On registration, a document will be handed over that the one-time shooter must fill out in his area, in accordance with the Royal Decree from 13 July 2000. After filling out the document, the one-time shooter gives the document to the responsible person of the administrative or operational body, who completes the document and checks the data.

The one-time shooter will receive a copy of this document and after paying the Day Ticket Fee, the weapon rental and purchasing the ammunition, the one-time shooter may enter the shooting range and shoot accompanied by a person from the administrative or operational body.
